This Is Not an HQL Certification Course
If you are looking for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) required to purchase a handgun in Maryland, this is not that course. The HQL is a state mandated 4 hour classroom and live fire course administered by Maryland State Police approved instructors. LongArm Defense offers private, hands on tactical and safety training that goes further than any certification course. Adam's training focuses on real world skills, practical understanding, and real confidence with firearms. This course is a natural complement to HQL certification, either before or after the state requirement. It covers ground a 4 hour state course simply cannot.
